Job Description

DescriptionWe're seeking a Senior Business Operations & Transformation Program Manager to lead change management, knowledge management, and business operations for Global Workforce Staffing's Transformation team. This role owns critical mechanisms including cross-functional business reviews (xBRs) while building sustainable frameworks and leveraging AI-powered automation that enable our global team to scale effectively. Key job responsibilities Own Business Operations for
Transformation Team:
Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional business reviews (xBRs) including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for Transformation team initiatives, ensuring operational rigor through data-driven insights, executive-level reporting, and AI-powered automation to reduce manual coordination work
Lead Change Management Strategy & Execution:
Design and implement change management frameworks for transformation initiatives, own change management plans, and support teams through adoption by coordinating stakeholder engagement across global teams with proven strategies and communication plans
Build Knowledge Management Infrastructure:
Establish knowledge management systems, content governance standards, and documentation frameworks that enable consistent information sharing, discoverability, and institutional knowledge retention across global teams
Drive AI-Powered Automation & Efficiency:
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools throughout all aspects of work to eliminate manual tasks, improve efficiency, and enable the team to scale at large—freeing team capacity for strategic thinking and high-value activities
Drive Stakeholder Coordination:
Partner with Transformation team leadership, regional BizOps leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, track initiative progress, and remove blockers
Create Center of Excellence Capabilities:
Develop standardized frameworks, templates, and best practices that enable operational excellence and scalability across WFS business operations
Establish Governance Mechanisms:
Design and implement program governance including status tracking, risk management, and escalation processes that surface issues early and ensure accountabilityBasic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experiencePreferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
