Connected Healthcare - 4.3 Spokane, WA Job Details Full-time Up to $52 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications RN License Team leadership BLS Certification Full Job Description Assistant Clinical Director blends direct patient care with clinical leadership to support home health and hospice operations in Spokane, Idaho. The role coordinates daily clinical workflows, mentors staff, and ensures compliance with regulations while maintaining a patient caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in home health and hospice settings as needed Assist with oversight of daily clinical operations and workflow coordination Support clinical staff through mentoring, education, and leadership guidance Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Assist in maintaining compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards Participate in care planning, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance Support staff scheduling, patient assignments, and operational needs Help implement policies and procedures that promote patient-centered care Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and support staff
Qualifications:
Active RN license required BLS certification required Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills required Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with administrative leadership duties Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Home health and/or hospice experience preferred Knowledge of home health and hospice regulations and standards preferred
