Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience Required:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline; advanced certifications are a plus. 1-3 years of human resources experience required. Healthcare experience preferred. Solid working knowledge and experience in key HR functional areas of Staffing, Compensation and Employees. Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws. Strong emotional control and balanced approach to employee relationships and management. Must have strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written). Must have computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Google drive, etc.) Ability to work in an environment of strict confidentiality and maintain such an environment, both at work and in off-hours.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
