Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Manage and lead recruiting efforts that meet the dynamic needs of a growing company. Oversee all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents. Proactively resolve workplace conflicts. Lead and facilitate sexual harassment trainings. Recommend changes to policies and procedures based on employee and company needs. Coordinate and supervise employee benefits plans. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards. Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits (new hire, compliance, safety, break violations, payroll). Human Resources Manager -
