Based on Experience We are partnering with a manufacturer in Pleasant Prairie, WI to staff a full-time, direct hire Human Resources Generalist/Manager position. This position serves as a strategic, hands-on HR partner supporting the full employee lifecycle. This is an individual contributor role, operating at an HR Manager level providing HR oversight to under 75 employees. Manager Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders
• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance issues
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles
• Support performance management, development, and engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR policies
• Manage HRIS data, employee records, and reporting
• Manage benefits administration and compensation analysis.
• Identify and implement HR process improvements
• Manage and oversee Receptionist Requirements for Human Resources Generalist /

Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent level of HR experience
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience (manufacturing industry or industrial preferred)
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)
