Job Description Position Title:
Human Resources Generalist /Manager Wage:
Based on Experience We are partnering with a manufacturer in Pleasant Prairie, WI to staff a full-time, direct hire Human Resources Generalist/Manager position. This position serves as a strategic, hands-on HR partner supporting the full employee lifecycle. This is an individual contributor role, operating at an HR Manager level providing HR oversight to under 75 employees. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered for this fully onsite position that offers an opportunity to shape HR processes and culture. Human Resources Generalist /Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders
- Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance issues
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles
- Support performance management, development, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR policies
- Manage HRIS data, employee records, and reporting
- Manage benefits administration and compensation analysis.
- Identify and implement HR process improvements
- Manage and oversee Receptionist Requirements for Human Resources Generalist /
Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent level of HR experience
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience (manufacturing industry or industrial preferred)
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)
