Salary:
$70,000 to $85,000 Key Responsibilities of the
Human Resources Manager Role:
Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are met Partner closely with executive leadership to support organizational strategy and growth initiatives Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR guidance across the organization Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies in a mission‑driven environment Administer benefits programs and respond to employee questions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and grant‑related HR regulations Maintain and enhance HR processes, building on existing efficiencies Support workforce planning tied to new programs and organizational growth Maintain HR documentation, reporting, and personnel records Requirements for the
Human Resources Manager Role:
