Lead HR operations, compliance, and employee experience at Orion while strengthening hiring, performance, and organizational culture. You'll strengthen the systems that support people across the organization. As Orion's Human Resources Manager, you will lead and maintain the integrity of HR operations—ensuring compliant, consistent, and people-centered practices across the employee lifecycle. From hiring and onboarding through performance management, benefits, and employee relations, you will serve as a trusted internal resource and guide for staff and supervisors. You will help ensure that HR systems are not only compliant and effective, but also aligned with Orion's mission and values. If you bring strong judgment, systems thinking, and a commitment to both operational discipline and employee experience, this may be the next step in your career.
