from talent acquisition and employee relations to compensation, benefits, compliance, and culture.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and a go-to resource for employees, helping foster a positive, productive workplace. What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting and hiring to attract top talent Oversee and continuously improve HR policies, programs, and the employee handbook Manage employee relations, providing coaching and conflict resolution support Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, etc.) Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and reporting requirements Partner with leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and HR strategy Coordinate training initiatives and lead new employee onboarding Oversee safety, health, and wellness programs in collaboration with operations Maintain accurate HRIS data and support payroll processes Represent the company in unemployment and workers' compensation matters What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience (generalist or industrial relations) Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, EEOC) Experience with compensation, benefits administration, and performance management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze issues, make sound decisions, and follow through HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) or advanced degree is a plus What Sets You Apart You're approachable, responsive, and build trust easily You're both strategic and hands-on; you can lead initiatives and execute them You bring a continuous improvement mindset to HR programs and processes You're comfortable working across both office and plant environments
