Human Resources Business Partner Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Manufacturing Background Required Location:
St.Francis, WI Compensation:
$90,000•$95,000 annually, DOE VIP Executive Search is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Human Resources Business Partner who will play a critical role in supporting leaders, strengthening employee experience, and driving performance across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an HR professional who has hands-on experience supporting manufacturing, operations, production, warehouse, or distribution teams and understands the pace, structure, and people needs of an hourly workforce. Position Overview The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic and hands-on partner to site leadership, helping align people strategies with operational goals while creating a consistent, positive employee experience across multiple locations. This person will be responsible for supporting employee relations, performance management, engagement, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and HR process improvement. A strong emphasis will be placed on using employee experience insights and performance metrics to identify trends, improve retention, support leadership accountability, and strengthen overall team effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with both leadership and employees, coaching managers through performance conversations, identifying gaps in processes, and helping build a culture of communication, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Business Partnership & Performance Management Partner with manufacturing and operations leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, workforce needs, and production priorities. Coach and support leaders in setting clear expectations, addressing performance concerns, and improving team accountability. Lead and enhance performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback, corrective action, performance reviews, and employee development planning. Use performance metrics, attendance trends, turnover data, engagement feedback, and employee relations insights to identify patterns and recommend proactive solutions. Support leaders in creating performance improvement plans and development plans that are clear, measurable, and aligned with business needs. Employee Experience & Engagement Champion a consistent and positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, development, engagement, retention, and offboarding. Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, ensuring employee relations matters are handled fairly, consistently, and professionally. Monitor employee experience trends, including engagement, morale, retention, attendance, turnover, and workplace concerns. Recommend practical solutions to improve communication, leadership effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and overall workplace culture. Support initiatives that foster inclusion, accountability, trust, and continuous improvement across manufacturing teams. Talent Strategy & Acquisition Partner with leaders to identify current and future talent needs based on business growth, operational demands, and workforce planning. Support full-cycle recruitment efforts for manufacturing, operations, administrative, and leadership roles as needed. Ensure candidates and new hires receive a professional, organized, and values-aligned experience. Help develop talent pipelines and workforce plans that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term organizational success. HR Programs, Metrics & Process Improvement Implement and continuously improve HR programs, policies, and processes to enhance consistency, compliance, and employee experience. Track and analyze HR metrics related to turnover, retention, attendance, performance, engagement, hiring, and employee relations. Identify process gaps and recommend scalable, practical improvements that support both business operations and employees. Drive adoption of HR initiatives that support performance, engagement, organizational health, and leadership accountability. Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices while balancing operational needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3+ years of progressive HR experience required. Manufacturing, operations, production, warehouse, or distribution industry experience required. Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred. Strong experience supporting hourly, frontline, and leadership populations in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated experience in:
Performance management and employee development Employee relations and leadership coaching Employee experience and engagement initiatives HR metrics, reporting, and trend analysis Talent acquisition and workforce planning HR process improvement and policy implementation Key Competencies Strong business partnership and influencing skills. Ability to coach and guide leaders through performance, employee relations, and workforce challenges. Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and frontline workforce dynamics. Excellent communication, follow-through, and relationship-building abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to identify trends and drive solutions. High level of accountability, organization, professionalism, and discretion. Comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-paced, manufacturing environment. Additional Details On-site role supporting manufacturing operations.Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 7:30 AM•4:30 PM, with flexibility required based on business needs.Compensation:
$90,000•$95,000 annually, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package included. This position will require travel to Fond Du Lac twice per week for the first 90 days for training, and on an as needed basis thereafter.
