HR Manager Wage:
Based on Experience Our client, a well-established manufacturing organization in West Bend, WI, is seeking a HR Manager to provide hands-on human resources leadership across multiple locations and at the corporate office. This individual contributor role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in the manufacturing industry and enjoys being highly visible and engaged with operations. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact Human Resources role where you can influence culture, support operations, and drive meaningful people initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This is a fully onsite role in the corporate office with occasional travel to plant locations in the U.S. !
HR Manager Responsibilities:
Provide broad Human Resources support to multiple manufacturing locations Serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws Lead and support initiatives related to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention Oversee HR programs including employee relations, training and development, and organizational initiatives Partner closely with operations leadership to support business objectives Requirements for
HR Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 5+ years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or HR leadership role Manufacturing industry experience required Proven experience providing HR oversight across multiple locations Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations Ability to work on-site five days per week Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions has the resources of a large company but the feel and personalized customer service of a small one.
