Director of Nursing (DON) - Long Term Care Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) for a 9-week contract assignment at a respected Long Term Care facility in Parkersburg, West Virginia . This leadership opportunity is ideal for a nursing professional with strong clinical management experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care and leading high-performing nursing teams.

Minutes Pay Rate:
$70 - $75 per Hour Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations within the Long Term Care facility. Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure quality patient care. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Manage staffing, scheduling, clinical programs, and performance improvement initiatives. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality assurance standards. Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance efforts. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or nursing leadership role. Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
