Responsibilities Manage human capital processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and ongoing training & development programs. Oversee employee evaluation procedures to support continuous improvement. Administer benefits programs and handle benefits-related inquiries with precision and clarity. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. Lead change management initiatives and support organizational design projects to optimize workforce efficiency. Maintain accurate HRIS data entry and manage HR sourcing through platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems. Foster positive employee relations through effective conflict management and communication skills; serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns. Skills Experience in human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration. Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM; familiarity with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Taleo. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead change initiatives and organizational design projects. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully; adept at conflict management and negotiation. Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, Paylocity or Dayforce; familiarity with data collection and reporting tools like Salesforce or Kronos is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and contract administration.
