Job Description Overview The Department of Business Administration in the College of Business at Auburn University Montgomery (AUM) seeks qualified faculty candidates to fill a one-year, non-tenure track visiting assistant professor position in human resource management. This is a full-time, nine-month position and a completed doctoral degree in Human Resources Management or Management is required. There may be an opportunity for renewal beyond the 2026-2027 academic year. Applicants will be expected to teach undergraduate courses in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior. The primary responsibility of this position is excellent teaching at the undergraduate level with a load of 7, 3 hours courses spread over the fall and spring semesters.
