Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist is a versatile professional involved in various aspects of Human Resources. The responsibilities may include payroll, recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and policy implementation. This position acts as a bridge between Team Members and management, addresses HR issues, and ensures compliance with labor laws.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and staffing. Oversee the hiring process. Assist in compensation analysis. Employee relations; resolve workplace conflicts, handle Team Member claims, promote a positive work environment Benefits administration; assist with benefits enrollment, address benefits inquiries. Process payroll Performance management; manage performance appraisal processes, provide guidance on improvement plans. Policy implementation; ensuring compliance with HR policies. Travel to statewide branches. Other duties as assigned. This job is not a remote position
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years experience working in Human Resources or in a position completing HR-related duties Organization and detail oriented. Professional and personable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Comprehensive understanding of HR practices. Experience processing payroll. Knowledge of HR obligations, reporting and policies with governmental agencies. Strong communication skills. Problem solving capabilities.
