Job Description

Human Resources Information Systems Analyst, Vance, AL, Brose North America. Analyze, configure, &enhance Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) &HRIS technologies, incl. SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Structured Query Language, Power BI; Power Automate, KABA, &ADP payroll syss. Collaborate w/ HR &IT (Syss) Depts to plan &implement sys upgrades ∫egrations. Automate bus processes using Microsoft Excel Macros, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), INDEX-MATCH, advanced filtering, &chart creation, to support/improve workflow efficiency. Leverage subject matter expertise in HRIS ≤ad, coordinate, ⊃port intl. &extl. audits in Intnl Automot Task Force 16949 Qlty Mgmt Syss, Occupational Sfty Health Admin, Intnl Standards Org 14001, &OEM vehicle maker customer-specific technical standards &reqmts pertinent to HR. Bachelor, IS or IT, Work or I-O Psychology, or related. 24 mos exp as Anlst, Consultant, Coord., Specialist, or related, automating bus processes using Excel Macros, VBA, INDEX-MATCH, advanced filtering, &chart creation, to support &improve workflow efficiency, or related.
