Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support day-to-day people operations in Springdale, Arkansas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining administrative precision with employee-facing support in a busy, detail-oriented setting. The role will help strengthen recruiting, onboarding, recordkeeping, and core HR coordination while contributing to a positive and organized employee experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead new employee coordination by organizing pre-employment checks, preparing employment documents, arranging orientation activities, and ensuring systems access is established on time
  • Provide recruiting support through job advertisement coordination, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and accurate tracking of recruiting activity in HR systems
  • Maintain personnel records and HR documentation with a strong focus on completeness, accuracy, and discretion
  • Assist with benefits-related processes, employee leave administration, workers' compensation matters, and other compliance-focused HR tasks
  • Support orientation sessions and verify that onboarding forms and employment paperwork are finalized correctly
  • Handle HR department administrative tasks such as invoice processing, purchase tracking, and general operational support
  • Organize calendars, meetings, training sessions, and internal events that support HR programs and team initiatives
  • Contribute to reporting, audit preparation, and document retention efforts to help maintain compliance and operational readiness
  • Partner effectively with employees and internal teams while assisting with additional HR projects and process improvements as business needs evolve
