Job Description

Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Bilingual (Spanish) Associate HR Representative in Buckeye, AZ. This is a full-time temporary-to-hire position in Buckeye, AZ. Associate HR Representative jobs require candidates to have excellent communication, organization, and must have accuracy and quality of work skills in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities for the Associate HR Representative include but are not limited to: + Have a regular communication cadence with Staffing Lead in order to establish an understanding of Non-Exempt staffing needs. + Have a regular communication cadence with temporary staffing agency partners to ensure that Distribution Center needs are being addressed in a timely manner and in accordance with established processes. + Have a regular communication cadence with HR Director(s). + Follow established processes as detailed on current Process Guides. + Process Staffing Orders timely. + Prepare New Hire Folders in advance of new Associate orientation. + Audit Associate files, Including I-9s + Add required documentation to existing Associate files. + Post Non-Exempt open positions. + Complete salary work-ups and attain all required approvals. + Create Offer Letters. + Timely scheduling of Candidates with Hiring Managers. + Complete temporary staffing agency Associate conversions to company Associates. + Schedule and participate in non-exempt Associate orientation and onboarding. + Schedule pre-employment required testing. (Drug/Job Skills/Background) + Respond to Tax requests for terminated Associate unemployment claim information. + Goalpost research. + Deliver required reporting. Associate HR Representative:
+ 1-3 years HR experience preferred, open to entry-level + Bachelor's Degree preferred + Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal communication) + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Strong analytical skills + Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times + Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, analytical, organizational and communications skills + Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook What's in this for you? + Weekly Pay starting at $ 20.50/hr - you receive a paycheck every week + Generous Bonus Incentives offered for referrals! Pay Details:
