Full-time Job Duties:
Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records and personnel files. Ensure HRIS data integrity and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Manage I-9s, licensure records, certifications, and training documentation. Support internal and external audits. Advise managers on employee relations matters. Conduct and document workplace investigations. Support corrective actions, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and performance evaluations. Lead full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes. Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure compliance requirements are completed. Conduct exit interviews and monitor retention and turnover trends. Coordinate compliance training, continuing education (CEUs), and credential tracking. Maintain job descriptions and support workforce planning initiatives. Ensure employee data is accurate for payroll processing. Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and employee status changes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations. Experience with HRIS systems and maintaining employee records. Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills. SHRM-CP or PHR certification. (Preferred) Healthcare HR experience. (Preferred) Experience supporting audits, credentialing, and regulatory compliance. (Preferred) Payroll and benefits administration experience. (Preferred)
Schedule:
8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday -
Friday Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
