Job Duties:
Manage HR operations, employee records, and HRIS data accuracy. Ensure compliance with employment laws, audits, I-9s, licensure, and training as needed. Support employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective actions. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Coordinate training, credential tracking, and workforce planning initiatives. Maintain accurate payroll-related employee data and assist with benefits administration. Provide HR guidance and support to managers and leadership teams. Monitor HR metrics, retention, compliance, and process effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience. Should be proficient in HRIS systems. Knowledge of employment law.
Schedule:
Morning Shift 8:00 AM•5:00 PM 40 hours/Week•Flexible SAL01
Pay:
$65,000.00•$80,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Candidate must have knowledge of employment law.
