Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information or sensitive issues in professional manner; Strong familiarity with Federal and State Payroll laws; Understanding of Federal and State labor and employment regulations. Fluent in both English/ Spanish Minimum 5 years HR experience Computer skills - Office, Excel and payroll software (helpful); other HR , benefits, or payroll software a plus; Bachelor's degree or Certificate in Human Resources a plus;
