Alternative work schedules may be available after 6 months of employment.
Three or more years of Human Resources Analyst/Generalist experience. Must pass both the fingerprint clearance background check and Town of Marana background check.
An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience that provides the desired knowledge, skills & abilities to successfully perform essential functions may be considered.
Public sector human resources experience in municipal, county or state government.
Experience with applicant tracking and human resources information systems.
Certification in Human Resources. Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

The Town of Marana is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to work in the Human Resources Department. This is a full-time, non-exempt level position and an exciting opportunity for someone interested in joining a progressive and collaborative team. This position will be the primary HR representative for their assigned departments and will be responsible for various HR functional areas to include recruitment & selection, classification & compensation, leave management, benefits administration, and employee relations.The Town offers a competitive benefits package. Expected Hiring Range:
$26.74 - $32.76/hourPlacement within the expected hiring range is dependent on direct experience, internal equity and/or budget.Salary Range:
$26.74 - $38.78/hourSUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
