Job Summary Track and manage compliance documents (state and Medicare) to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Input, organize, and maintain data in various systems, including compliance databases and spreadsheets. Assist with preparation and management of reports, presentations, and documentation as needed using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper handling and tracking of compliance-related materials. Learn and utilize ClickUp for compliance tracking and office support. Assist with audits or reviews of compliance documentation. Provide general office support, including basic tech support. Desired SkillsQualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Experience with iSolved is a plus Valid Driver's License with proof of current insurancereliable transportation.
