Join us in our commitment to making a difference in the lives of children across the country. Role Description This is a full-time Talent Specialist role located on-site in Scottsdale, AZ. The Talent Specialist will oversee and assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating employer branding initiatives, and supporting the organization's recruitment efforts. The position also involves maintaining effective communication with hiring managers and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring processes Experience in Interviewing and maintaining Communication with candidates and internal teams Knowledge of Employer Branding and ability to enhance an organization's reputation as an employer of choice Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with diverse teams Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Experience in nonprofit organizations or child-focused programs is a plus
