Upscale Home Care is seeking a highly motivated and outgoing, organized HR and Recruiting Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's growth and development by recruiting, hiring and onboarding skilled caregivers to join our team. Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring:
Recruit caregivers by posting job ads, screening applicants, and giving interviews.
Employee Onboarding:
Effectively onboard new hires to ensure they feel welcome and prepared for their role.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and performance reviews.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state labor laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
Employee Relations:
Provide guidance and support to employees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Full-time position:
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work required Apply Today!
