SUMMARY :
Oversees, administers and manages Human Resources functional areas to include: Benefits, HSA and FSA plans, COBRA, 401(k) plans, HRIS software using IT skills to analyze, report and manage employee data, leave management, Performance, Learning, New Hire Orientations.
Essential Accountabilities:

HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Assists with all governmental and labor legal reporting requirements related to EEO, ADA, FMLA and ERISA, Department of Labor. Records I-9's and removes terminations. Monitors MVR records. Answers and/or triages queries received on HR General email address. Conducts New Hire Orientations and tracks Onboarding compliance, e.g., drug tests, forms and enrollments. Tracks and records
FMLA/STD
Leaves. Reports and records company Workers Compensation with Safety Department. Recommends, updates and administers Learning Programs.
BENEFITS
Administers benefits enrollment for new hires and for Open Enrollment including extensive employee communications, MS Teams webinars, and marketing pieces. Creates dashboards for internal customers. Updates documents to reflect new year limits, deadlines and rates. Administers all employee benefits to include employee issues and questions. Enrolls employees in health insurance due to Life Qualifying Events. Regularly interfaces with all benefits carriers Regularly examines Ludvik's benefits programs and policies to ensure they are competitive with similar organizations. Recommends enhancements as appropriate. Regularly interfaces with Ludvik's Benefits Broker. Serves as primary contact for employees with benefits-related questions; works directly with vendors to resolve issues. Communicates wellness newsletters and creates/administers other wellness initiatives. Administers COBRA elections with carrier.
HRIS:
Administers, updates and ensures the accuracy of the Human Resources Information System (Ceridian Dayforce). Main point of contact for the HRIS system and expert level reporting. Performs HRIS upgrades, provides training and technical support. Tests upgrades to determine functionality after each system change. Conducts regular HRIS data audits to ensure system accuracy. Ensures accuracy of file feeds to carriers. Monitors all EDI. Serves as point of contact for all year-end benefits reporting. Ensures workflows, approvals and notifications are operating effectively and as appropriate. Makes changes as necessary. Manages user accounts and access, updates employee information and provides internal customers with updates. Examines and understands processes and recommends changes. Qualifications and Education Requirements At least three years' experience as an HRIS Administrator, Expert level in HRIS Systems (preferably Ceridian Dayforce) Prefer bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science HR management, or comparable. Interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills are required. Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements.
