Monday-Friday Ageless Men's Health is seeking a detail-oriented, people-first HR Generalist to join our team. This role is a cornerstone of our HR operations supporting payroll processing, employee onboarding, and benefits administration across our growing national clinic network. What We Do With over 100 clinics nationwide, Ageless Men's Health is dedicated to helping men and women achieve optimal health and wellness. We provide safe and effective hormone replacement therapy, weight management solutions, concierge medicine, and various wellness services. We know that our patients have busy lives and we are here to ensure that their healthcare needs fit into their schedules, not the other way around! Duties & Responsibilities Payroll Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time in compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal laws. Review timecards for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with managers for corrections and approvals. Prepare and submit required payroll compliance reports (EEO-1, ACA, ALE, Pay Data, etc.) to government agencies. Stay current on federal, state, and local payroll laws as we continue to expand. Onboarding Coordinate and facilitate the new hire onboarding process from offer acceptance through first-day. Educate new employees on benefits options, enrollment windows, and company policies. Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete, accurate, and stored in compliance with recordkeeping requirements. Collaborate with Clinic Directors and department leads to create a positive onboarding experience. Benefits Administration Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, and disability plans. Support employees and serve as the primary point of contact for benefit questions and day-to-day inquiries. Assist with open enrollment coordination, communications, system setup, and troubleshooting. Build and maintain relationships with benefit carriers and brokers. Reconcile carrier invoices and coordinate with Finance as needed. General HR Support Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, escalating complex matters as appropriate. Assist HR Director with employee relations documentation and administrative support on an as-needed basis. Assist department with projects, audits, and process improvement as needed. Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed. Track and document compliance with mandatory training, professional licensure, and required certifications. Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion. Required Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor. Strong interpersonal skills and genuine empathy for employees at all levels. Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to manage competing priorities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities. Thorough knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations, with a desire to grow. Ability to exercise initiative and work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency with HRIS and payroll platforms; experience with Paycom is preferred. Can-do attitude and willingness to support clinic operations as needs arise. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience with hands-on, independent payroll processing experience preferred. Multi-state employer experience strongly preferred. PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification is a plus. Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive salary: $72,000 per year.
