What You'll Do:
Be a trusted resource for employees by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring policies are applied consistently
Lead onboarding efforts—making sure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success from day one
Support recruiting across Pennsylvania by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and partnering with hiring managers
Help deliver impactful training that keeps employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company expectations
Assist with benefits administration, especially during open enrollment, and help employees navigate coverage questions
Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure employee data stays organized and compliant
Partner with leadership to handle employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-focused mindset Bilingual communicator who can confidently connect with a diverse workforce
Proven HR experience in a Generalist or well-rounded HR support role
Strong knowledge of employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and benefits support
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems to manage employee data and HR processes
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence and discretion to navigate sensitive situations
Experience supporting recruiting coordination and training initiatives within a structured environment
