Talent Development & Learning Coordinator Smart & Final - 3.5 Commerce, CA Job Details $23 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Copy machines Fax machines Faxing Office experience Full Job Description Talent Development & Learning Coordinator Store Support Center Chedraui USA is searching for an experienced Talent Development & Learning Coordinator for our Store Support Center located at 600 Citadel Drive, Commerce, CA. SUMMARY The primary role of this position will coordinate all training activities, as well as providing administrative support for the Talent Development & Learning team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned or required. Coordinates learning programs for Smart & Final stores, El Super stores, Fiesta Mart Stores, Corporate and Supply Chain teams, including preparing and distributing training aids, such as instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms and audio-visual equipment. Handles the logistics setup and tear-down for training sessions held at the corporate office or at offsite locations including scheduling rooms, room arrangements and room contracts. Coordinates meals and refreshments for training sessions Functions as a Super Administrator for the Talent Management Systems Schedules training programs, including associate communication and confirmations Maintains training records Assists with system access issues (log-in and password resets) Executes timekeeping paperwork for training team Process and submit department invoices and expense reports for approval and payment Coordinates Food Safety training Assists with administration activities in Human Resources; including mail, reception desk coverage, preparing for quarterly meetings, new hire orientations for corporate associates and coordinating travel arrangements EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Two-three years directly related experience is required. Prior experience with standard office machines (e.g. telephones, fax/scanner, copier) is also required. Training environment experience preferred.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Varying schedules and overtime may be required to support training sessions Able to work in a fast-paced environment focused on customer service and can work independently.
COMPENSATION
