Job Description

A rapidly growing lifestyle and consumer products company is seeking a Recruiting & Operations Specialist to support hiring initiatives, employee onboarding, internal communications, and business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing to both people operations and business administration.

This position will work closely with leadership to help scale the organization while maintaining a strong employee experience and operational efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionSource candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking effortsConduct candidate screenings and interview coordinationManage recruiting pipelines and applicant tracking systemsPartner with hiring managers to identify talent needsOperations & Administrative SupportCoordinate onboarding and employee setup activitiesAssist with office operations and vendor managementSupport company-wide meetings, training sessions, and eventsPrepare reports and maintain internal documentationAssist with special projects related to organizational growth
