We operate major warehouse centers across the U.S., including Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, and Cranbury (NJ), with a total warehouse area exceeding one million square feet. Due to business expansion, we are currently hiring an HR Specialist for our California warehouse to support HR operations and employee lifecycle management . Work location : Fontana, CA 92337 Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management (Onboarding, Transfer, Status Changes, Offboarding) Manage full-cycle employee onboarding, transfers, role changes, and offboarding processes Maintain training records and compliance-related documentation Assist with onboarding orientation and company policy training Ensure accurate execution of HR procedures aligned with company structure and policies Coordinate closely with different departments to ensure smooth process flow Timecard Auditing & Invoice Reconciliation Review weekly timecards for warehouse and office employees Verify employee work hours, overtime, and attendance records Reconcile time records with staffing agency invoices Identify discrepancies and communicate corrections promptly Ensure payroll-related records are accurate and compliant HR Data & Process Support Assist in building and maintaining HR databases Support HR data analysis, including but not limited to creating dashboards, maintaining database, etc. Support HR process optimization and system implementation projects Proactively suggest workflow improvements to enhance efficiency Assist with cross-functional coordination and project support Qualifications Strong learning ability and ability to quickly understand company systems and processes Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data organization and basic analysis) Experience creating reports or dashboards is a plus Strong communication and presentation skills High level of integrity and confidentiality Comfortable handling repetitive, high-volume operational tasks Interested in long-term career development in Human Resources Candidates with relevant experience in Human Resources, Administrative Operations, and Recruitment are preferred. Candidates who are proficient in both English and Chinese will be given priority. Career Development This role is a core HR operations support position. The candidate will gain in-depth exposure to large-scale HR operations and will have opportunities to participate in data analysis and process optimization projects. High performers may take on expanded responsibilities in data reporting, workflow design, and project-based initiatives. Internal growth and promotion are encouraged. Additional Benefits After Probation Paid Holidays:
