We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Generalist to support our Americas HR function. This role will work closely with our HR Lead and serve as a key liaison between our US operations and headquarters in China. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Mandarin and English, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats across a broad range of HR functions. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee recordkeeping, and compliance Assist with full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling Serve as a communication bridge between Americas employees and HQ stakeholders in China Support payroll processing and assist with employee inquiries related to pay and benefits Help maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws Assist with employee relations matters, documentation, and general HR administration Support HR projects and initiatives as the Americas team continues to grow Qualifications Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English required 0-2+ years of HR generalist or related experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Comfortable working cross-culturally in a global organization Preferred Qualifications Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll platforms Background in full-cycle recruiting Experience supporting a distributed or multi-state workforce HiTHIUM manufactures top quality stationary energy storage products for leading large-scale energy project developers as well as commercial and industrial customers.
