HRIS Workday Administrator Location :
Hybrid near Monterey Park, CA ( 4-day onsite )
Compensation :
Up to $42.00 per hour (DOE)

Our client is expanding their team and looking for a HRIS W orkday Administrator to support the evolution of the enterprise systems as they scale. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career (2-3 years experience) who wants hands-on exposure across Workday HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance modules , while partnering closely with a Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams. What You'll Do Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday ERP platform Help ensure system performance, data integrity, and adherence to business processes and workflows Manage user access, roles, and security permissions to maintain a secure and compliant environment Assist in troubleshooting issues and implementing system enhancements Contribute to system documentation (user guides, FAQs, process documentation) Partner with stakeholders to support ongoing improvements and system adoption Participate in small-to-medium projects, supporting implementation efforts and contributing analytics and reporting insights Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and resource utilization alongside Project Managers What We're Looking For 2-3 years of Workday or ERP experience Exposure to HRIS/Payroll/Benefits/Finance modules Implementation exposure or Administration/Configuration in Workday required: Experience with Workday administrator to include EIBs, integration with other systems, testing and managing releases Why Join Global, high-growth restaurant brand Award-winning culture Strong career development opportunities .
