You are comfortable partnering with employees, candidates, and internal teams to resolve issues while providing a positive employee experience.

This Position Pays:
$35-$38/hr DOE This is a TEMP to hire opportunity What you will be doing: Manage and monitor background check processes, including follow-up on discrepancies, delays, and outstanding items. Partner with candidates and local teams to resolve background screening issues and ensure timely completion. Support pre-adverse/adverse action processes and individualized assessments. Respond to employee HR policy questions through the Freshservice ticketing system. Complete employment verifications and maintain accurate HR documentation. Review HR-related contract requirements and track client-specific background check requirements. Escalate issues appropriately and provide clear communication around processes and requirements.
What you bring:
1-2 years of HR experience, preferably with HR operations or employee support experience. Hands-on experience with background checks and screening processes. Knowledge of pre-adverse/adverse action procedures preferred. Workday HRIS experience strongly preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to support employees and internal stakeholders. Business-minded approach to HR with strong judgment and problem-solving skills. Experience using Microsoft Office, HR systems, ticketing platforms (Freshservice/ServiceNow), and background check systems.
