This is a contract role and the ideal candidate will be skilled in financial planning and analysis, specifically within the context of total rewards and compensation strategies. This role is crucial in helping the organization maintain competitive compensation structures while ensuring compliance with HR best practices. Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate total rewards programs to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry standards. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop competitive compensation strategies that attract and retain talent. Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations. Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting on compensation and benefits programs to stakeholders. Assist in the design and implementation of incentive programs that align with company goals. Support the annual compensation review process, including salary benchmarking and market analysis. Stay informed about trends and advancements in total rewards and recommend changes as necessary. Coordinate with external vendors to manage benefits administration effectively. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of FP&A finance analytics experience, demonstrating a strong grasp of best practices and regulations. Working knowledge of HR best practices, compliance requirements, and compensation principles. Proficient Excel skills and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Workday Adaptive, and/or Yardi is a plus. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights. Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, standard business hours. Benefits The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50.00 to $60.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
