Duties Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified real estate agents through social media management, cold calling, and lead generation techniques Help with marketing and social media Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, internal teams, and industry contacts to enhance talent pipelines. Research market trends and employment labor laws to stay informed about best practices in recruiting Assist with daily office necessities Skills Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively across various platforms. Proven experience in recruiting within real estate or related fields, with a focus on talent management and HR sourcing. Tech savvy Familiarity with recruiting tools Ability to utilize social media management tools for lead generation and brand promotion. Experience in training & development activities related to onboarding and employee relations. Demonstrated ability to research market data and leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or iCIMS for talent acquisition efforts.
