HR Generalist

We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Lodi, California. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to essential HR functions, including leave management, recruitment, and administrative support. Responsibilities:

• Manage leave administration processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal leave policies.
• Support recruitment efforts by posting job requisitions, reviewing applications, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Provide assistance with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and generating reports.
• Collaborate on special HR projects to improve processes and enhance employee engagement.
• Serve as a resource for managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Utilize HRIS systems, such as Workday, to manage and update employee data.
• Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Address basic employee relations inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support benefit administration functions, including enrollment and employee communications.
