Gabriella Charter Schools is composed of two high-performing, dance-themed charter schools in the Los Angeles community. GCS 1 serves grades TK-8 and is located in the community of Echo Park. GCS 2 serves grades TK-8 and is located in the community of Historic South Central. GCS has garnered accolades, including the State's Distinguished School Award and Exemplary Arts Program Award, the California Honor Roll, California Gold Ribbon Award, the Title 1 Achievement Award, California Pivotal Practice Award, the California Charter School of the Year award, and a ranking by USC as one of the best charter schools in California. Job Summary Job Summary The Outreach Specialist plays a crucial role in driving outreach and enrollment efforts. This position involves proactive outreach, family relationship initiation and engagement, and providing guidance throughout the enrollment process to ensure schools are fully enrolled and families supported in their student's Gabriella Charter Schools education experience. The role will require off-site work, a flexible schedule, and availability during evenings and weekends. Success in this role requires a high-energy, mission-driven professional who excels at building immediate rapport within diverse communities.
