Job Description Our client is looking for a Workday LMS Administrator. This position is a hybrid contract located in West LA.
Pay Rate:
$50-$60/hr Assignment term: 4-6 months
Responsibilities:
Administer Workday Learning (LMS), including content uploads, campaign launches, course reviews, system maintenance, and onboarding planner management tied to global onboarding expansion. Track and report on LinkedIn Learning engagement and usage metrics to support learning adoption and program insights. Manage external learning vendors, including coordination, scheduling, program logistics, and oversight. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for manager training programs and leadership development initiatives. Support the expansion of global onboarding initiatives and maintain onboarding learning experiences and materials. Design and facilitate performance management and compliance training; develop supporting materials such as one-sheets, quick reference guides (QRGs), and forms. Manage coaching requests and assignments across the organization. Provide operational support for learning initiatives, including facilitation, scheduling, and responding to additional learning requests as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field. 5 - 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR programs. In-depth experience working with learning management systems and specifically with Workday. Experience coordinating training programs, learning vendors, and facilitation logistics. Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
