We are looking for a temporary HR Generalist to join our team in Redwood City, CA. This temporary role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives and supporting a high-performing, inclusive workplace. The HR Generalist supports workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent development, while ensuring compliance with company policies and California labor laws. This role works with managers to drive engagement, resolve workplace issues, analyze HR metrics, and support organizational change initiatives that improve overall business performance.Pay Wage:
$40- $60 per hour
Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 8:00 am

- $60/hr Employment Type & Shifts Temporary or Contract Full Time 1st Shift Job Responsibilities Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes Ensure compliance with California labor laws and HR compliance requirements Drive engagement, inclusion, and organizational development initiatives Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making Support and guide managers on best HR practices Assist with workforce planning and organizational change efforts Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments Working knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Associate Requirements Bachelors Background Check Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $40.
