HR Generalist - Job Description The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting and executing a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently while fostering a positive and productive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience and proper documentation Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns Manage employee records and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries Handle employee relations matters by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and supporting conflict resolution Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Support performance management processes, including reviews, coaching, and documentation Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational goals Assist with payroll coordination, timekeeping, and compensation-related activities Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including policy updates, process improvements, and engagement programs Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in human resources or a related field Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
