This is a high-priority role ideal for a junior-to-mid-level HR professional with strong ADP payroll experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Process weekly payroll using ADP, including reviewing and correcting timesheets Generate and analyze standard and custom payroll reports Track and manage union dues manually Administer monthly expense reimbursements Assist with payroll-related projects and process improvements Ensure accuracy and compliance with all payroll processes Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and solid numerical aptitude Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance and required legal postings Familiarity with EEO-1 or CRD (DFEH) reporting Understanding of Workers' Compensation and leave laws (CFRA/FMLA) Experience with LinkedIn Learning platforms is a plus Prior experience in a union environment is highly desirable

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Compensation:
