$33/hr.SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | Long-TermTHE ROLE
The ideal candidate will manage employee leave administration inpliance with all state and federal regulations, including FMLA, CFRA, and other statutory leave programs. Serve as a key resource to employees, supervisors, and management regarding leave policies, procedures, andpliance. Track leave balances and documentation, review confidential employee records, and support rmendations and resolutions related to leave situations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer and coordinate employee leaves of absence, includingFMLA, CFRA, ADA
amodations, and other statutory leave programs Communicate with employees, supervisors, and managers regarding leave eligibility, processes, timelines, andpliance requirements Maintain accurate leave records, balances, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality Review employee work histories and related records to support leave determinations and rmendations Partner with HR staff, management, and legal representatives onplex leave matters andpliance issues Support benefits eligibility and leave-related procedures Assist with special HR projects and additional HR functions as neededWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in leave administration, benefits, HRpliance, or related HR functions Strong knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, ADA, and other leave regulations Public sector experience and multiple union/CBA experience is a plus Knowledge of SAP is a plus Experience handling confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred; if no degree, must have at least 7 years of related experience Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteDIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION STATEMENT
