Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Supports designated patient care areas by providing bedside set-up, removal of supplies and equipment and maintains clean environment in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, and practices. Responds to requests for bed space set-up for admissions and requests for equipment and supplies throughout the day. Prepares discharged rooms for EVS cleaning. Maintains supply par levels in bedside carts. Cleans and re-stocks carts and cleans and returns supplies to Omnicell. Responds to on unit emergencies and functions as runner. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
H.S. Diploma,GED,or Equivalent Must be able to speak, read and understand English Assists in the orientation process of new personnel Requires strong problem solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently Excellent customer service skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1 Year of Experience Previous experience in health care environment The current salary range for this position is $22.00 to $30.25 Rady Children's Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
