HR Representative About Us:
Platinum Security is a rapidly growing, highly reputable private security company looking to add HR Admins to support our branch offices. Our work environment is fast-paced, with many activities happening simultaneously. We pride ourselves on being available to our clients and providing a welcoming environment for our employees. We have offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, Sacramento, San Bernardino, and Las Vegas.
Position Overview:
The primary purpose of this position is to assist with Human Resources-related tasks and support the HR Manager in maintaining a smooth and compliant HR operation. The HR Admin will perform tasks consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.
Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with HR terminology and processes.
  • Basic understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Ability to travel locally for training or meetings.
  • Valid driver's license (Preferred).
Human Resources Admin Duties:
Employee Relations Support:
Assist with handling general employee inquiries and concerns. Provide support in documenting disciplinary actions and employee relations cases. Maintain communication with employees regarding company policies and benefits.
Benefits Administration:
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and questions. Coordinate with the HR Manager to resolve benefit-related issues and claims. Maintain up-to-date records of benefit enrollments and changes. Assist in managing open enrollment periods and communicating benefit updates.
Compliance & Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate employee files and HR records. Assist with preparing reports and documentation for compliance audits. Track employee training records and ensure compliance with training requirements.
Safety & Training Support:
Help coordinate OSHA training and ensure completion of safety protocols. Support the HR Manager in maintaining a safe workplace environment. Maintain records of safety training and certifications.
General Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support for HR projects as assigned. Assist in maintaining HR databases and updating employee information. Help prepare HR reports and presentations as requested.
Job Type:
Full-time, In Person, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

      • Bachelor's in HR or related field: (Preferred)
      Proposed Pay Range:
      • $18 - $22 per hour (depending on experience and branch location)
