This management-level HR role is ideal for a well-rounded human resources professional who enjoys supporting employees, partnering with leadership, strengthening workplace culture, and ensuring HR compliance in a fast-paced logistics, transportation, and materials handling environment. The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, training, recruitment, and HR recordkeeping. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders and employees across the organization while helping build a positive, supportive, and productive work environment. This is a strong opportunity for an HR professional who values teamwork, confidentiality, process improvement, and practical problem-solving. The ideal candidate will bring a service-oriented approach, sound judgment, and the ability to support both day-to-day HR operations and broader employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and employee relations activities to support a positive employee experience. Address employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote a healthy and compliant workplace environment. Coordinate performance appraisal processes, assist managers with performance improvement plans, and support employee development programs. Administer HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and employment regulations. Manage employee benefits programs, maintain accurate HR records, and protect the confidentiality of employee information. Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and backing up payroll as needed.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$70,000.00 to $86,000.00 per year.
