Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable
BILINGUAL
in Spanish HR Generalist ( Temp 3-months ) to support our manufacturing operations on a temporary basis. This role will assist with day-to-day human resources functions including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and administrative support in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in weekly Payroll using ADP system Full-cycle Onboarding and Recruiting, managing and coordinating with staffing partners as well as internal Employee communication Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Assist with employee relations by responding to employee inquiries and escalating issues as needed Scheduling Appointments on Calendars of Supervisors and Managers to support workforce planning Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, including OSHA standards Assist with performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and documentation Support weekly Payroll by reviewing timekeeping records and resolving discrepancies Participate in HR projects such as audits, policy updates, and process improvements Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times Qualifications 2+ years of HR Generalist or HR support experience (manufacturing environment preferred) Familiarity with timekeeping systems and payroll support using ADP system Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) isREQUIRED INDAH
