We take pride in offering quality meats, produce, baked goods and tortilleria. Established in 1995. As a growing supermarket we are searching for a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Human Resources Representative to better service our business. Looking for a Human Resources Representative to maintain key organization of our team. The right candidate will be an experienced and knowledgeable in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment in medical plans and changes
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement programs
• Assist with payroll processing and data entry
• Manage social media platforms to promote company culture and job opportunities
• Provide any additional administrative support to the business

Experience:

• Required experience in Human Resources department or related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Schedule:

• 30 hour minimum work week
• Flexible schedule to meet company and employee needs
