AB_4960327 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration and Global Mobility Specialist to join our team.

• Support Immigration and Global Mobility team by auditing vendor invoices for accuracy and reconciling inconsistencies and errors.
• Maintaining vendor PR/PO records and alert the manager when funds are needed o ensure timely payments.
• Administer temporary visa (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.) extensions and amendments following internal procedures.
• Coordinate and gather details necessary for U.
