As a vital member of the Human Resources department supporting the Global Mobility team, you will play a key role in managing immigration processes and international employee relocations. What's the Job? Support Immigration and Global Mobility team by auditing vendor invoices for accuracy and reconciling discrepancies. Maintain vendor PR/PO records and alert management for timely payments. Administer temporary visa extensions and amendments, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Coordinate and prepare U.S. invitation letters and oversee global employee transfers. Serve as a primary contact for employees, recruiters, and HR partners regarding immigration and relocation inquiries. What's Needed? 3-5+ years supporting corporate immigration and global mobility programs, with hands-on visa processing experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills including pivots and reporting.
