This position blends full‑cycle recruiting expertise with strong HR operational capability, ensuring a seamless experience from candidate outreach through onboarding and early employment. The ROS partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and guide leaders on effective hiring practices. This includes advising on job requirements, labor market trends, outreach strategies, and interview techniques to ensure consistent, equitable, and high‑quality hiring decisions. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, the ROS provides comprehensive administrative and operational support across multiple HR functions. This includes workers' compensation claim coordination, legal compliance tasks, background checks, new‑hire physical examinations, job analysis and job description updates, offboarding coordination, and exit interview logistics. The ROS also manages verification of employment inquiries and supports HR operations with varied administrative duties. The ROS oversees and coordinates the onboarding process, collaborating with IT, Training, and department leaders to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization. This includes managing the Learning Management System (Yardi‑Aspire) to schedule new‑hire training and assign ongoing development courses such as communication etiquette, time management, and other professional skills. The role also supports safety initiatives by ensuring new hires receive safety orientation and assisting the HR Generalist with broader safety‑related tasks. The ROS excels in the use of the Applicant Tracking System (Paycom), actively researching and implementing new features to improve efficiency and enhance the hiring workflow. The ideal candidate is a strategic partner, a strong communicator, and a creative problem‑solver with the ability to influence, guide, and support leaders at all levels. This individual thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and brings a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset to both recruiting and HR operations. Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization. Conduct structured and behavioral interviews to assess qualifications and cultural alignment. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill positions. Identify and leverage diverse recruiting sources, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and community organizations. Create and execute innovative outreach strategies to attract passive and active candidates. Partner with hiring managers to clarify job expectations, competencies, and selection criteria. Provide coaching to hiring managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation. Recruiting Operations & HR Support Coordinate workers' compensation claim management and ensure timely documentation. Support legal compliance tasks and maintain accurate HR records. Coordinate background checks and new‑hire physical examinations. Assist with job analysis and updating job descriptions. Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation. Complete all verification of employment inquiries. Onboarding & Training Coordination Manage the onboarding process and collaborate with IT, Training, and department leaders. Ensure new hires receive safety orientation and required compliance training. Manage the Learning Management System (Yardi‑Aspire) to schedule and assign training. Support ongoing employee development initiatives. ATS & Process Improvement Utilize the Paycom ATS to manage requisitions, candidates, and workflows. Research and implement new ATS features to improve efficiency. Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Employee Support & Benefits Provide general benefits information to employees. Assist with open enrollment activities and employee questions. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations. Strong interviewing skills, including behavioral and competency‑based techniques. Experience organizing and participating in job fairs and community outreach. Demonstrated creativity in sourcing and attracting candidates. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with ATS systems (Paycom preferred) and HR technology. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
